WHERE IS YOUR STORE BASED?
Kahweiei is based in Melbourne, Australia
WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
Processing time can vary between 7 to 30 days for all orders online to be completed. Kahweiei is a hand made store so all items are made upon order hence why the processing time is a little longer than usual. You will receive a email notification when your order is shipped with a tracking number provided and you can track your items here: Australia post
* During event times, there may be delays and the processing time can be pushed back. An announcement on our website banner will be available if this were to occur*
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE ONCE MY ORDER IS MADE?
Standard shipping within Australia can take from 3 - 5 days.
International standard shipping can take from 2.5 - 3 weeks.

We are currently not shipping to EU countries.
*** CANADA ORDERS ***
With the union strike being in place, all orders from Canada are being paused until further notice.
HOW ARE THE PACKAGES SENT?
All Kahweiei items are packaged in a gift box and sent in a parcel post
IS THERE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER?
All items are tracked and a tracking number will always be provided in an email for you when items are shipped out
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please make sure you understand your country's custom fees before placing an order.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?
Kahweiei does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. However please contact us as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order
LOST/ STOLEN/ DAMAGED ORDERS
99% of the time orders make it fine to the destinations, we use the best shipping method possible for everyone. However in rare cases, items can get lost going internationally which is beyond our control.
We cannot control shipping once a package is out of our hands and shipped out.
If a package is lost, unclaimed or returned, you will have to cover handling and shipping fees for a redelivery.
INCORRECT OR MISSING INFORMATION
Contact us at contact@kahweiei.com immediately, once orders are dispatched with a tracking, you will not be able to change this.
DESIGNS
All Kahweiei designs are uniquely each to their own. Please do not copy designs directly or resell our products.
