How long does shipping take once my order is shipped out?

Standard shipping within Australia can take from 3 - 5 days.
International standard shipping can take from 2.5 - 3 weeks.

What is the processing time?
Processing time can vary between 7-15 days for all orders online. Kahweiei is a hand made store so all items are made upon order. You will receive a email notification when your order is shipped with a tracking number provided.

How are the packages sent?
All Kahweiei items are packaged in a gift box and sent in a parcel

Is there a tracking number for my order?
All items are tracked and a tracking number will always be provided in an email for you when items are shipped out

What are your items made of?
Kahweiei uses high quality satin ribbon

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Kahweiei does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. However please contact us as soon as possible if you have any problems with you order
